We do not use your project data for advertising, profiling, or training external AI models.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We use encryption in transit and at rest, and limit access to your personal data to authorised personnel only.

No system is entirely immune to risk. While we take every reasonable measure to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use strong, unique passwords.

We do not sell your personal data — to anyone, ever. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. hosting, analytics), under strict confidentiality agreements
• With legal authorities when required by law or to protect our legitimate rights
• With other parties only with your explicit written consent

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data

SETT. uses minimal cookies necessary for platform functionality and session management. We do not place tracking or advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

SETT. is intended for professional use by interior designers, architects, and related creative professionals. You agree to use the platform lawfully and in a manner that does not harm other users or the integrity of the service.

You may not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or access the platform's underlying systems without authorisation
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised parties
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights or is harmful to others
• Use automated scripts or bots to access or interact with the platform

You retain full ownership of all content, project data, files, and materials you upload to SETT. This includes uploaded images, renders, drawings, mood boards, and design materials — we do not claim ownership over any such files. By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

We will not share, reproduce, or use your project content for any purpose beyond operating the platform.

SETT. — including its design, interface, features, branding, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of SETT. Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written permission. You may not use the SETT name, logo, or visual identity in any form — including in presentations, client proposals, or marketing materials — without prior written consent.

SETT. is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SETT. Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SETT. if you violate these Terms of Use, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@sett-os.com.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from your use of SETT. shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

SETT is a continuously evolving platform. The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, add, remove or replace features, tools, workflows, interfaces, integrations, storage limits, usage limits and any other part of the platform from time to time. The company may also change subscription plans, pricing, billing methods, included features, usage quotas and service packages as the platform evolves.

Such changes may be made in order to improve the platform, introduce new functionality, simplify existing workflows, maintain security, or support future development. Unless otherwise stated, pricing changes will apply only to future billing periods and will not affect periods that have already been paid for. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

All content, data, and information you upload, create, or generate within the SETT. platform (including project data, client files, notes, images, and documents) remain your exclusive property. SETT. does not claim ownership over your content. You grant SETT. a limited, non-exclusive license solely to store, display, and process your data for the purpose of providing the service. This license terminates upon deletion of your account, subject to any retention obligations required by law.

SETT. relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform, including but not limited to: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and deployment), Grow (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and OpenAI (AI features, where applicable). While we select providers carefully and require them to maintain appropriate data protection standards, we cannot guarantee the conduct or availability of third-party services. Your use of SETT. constitutes acknowledgment that certain data may be processed by such third-party providers in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through the platform.

All payments for SETT. subscriptions are processed through third-party payment processors. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize SETT. to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with your selected billing cycle. All fees are quoted in the currency indicated at checkout and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid features. SETT. does not store full payment card details on its own servers.

SETT. implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. SETT. cannot guarantee absolute security and shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity occurring under your account.

SETT. performs reasonable operational backups for disaster recovery purposes. These backups are designed to protect platform continuity and are not intended as a user-accessible data recovery service; SETT. cannot guarantee restoration of individual files or data deleted by the user.

It is your responsibility to maintain independent backup copies of any critical content, files, or project data stored on the platform. SETT. shall not be liable for any loss of data resulting from technical failures, accidental deletion, account termination, or any other cause. We strongly recommend that you regularly export or back up your data using available platform tools or by contacting support.

SETT. strives to provide continuous and uninterrupted access to the platform, but does not guarantee a specific level of uptime or availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including force majeure events). SETT. shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or inconvenience resulting from temporary service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance where possible.

SETT. is a project management and workflow tool designed to assist design and architecture professionals in organizing and managing their work. SETT. does not provide architectural, engineering, legal, financial, or any other professional advice, and nothing on the platform constitutes such advice. Any decisions made based on content managed through the platform are the sole responsibility of the user. SETT. shall not be liable for any professional errors, omissions, or outcomes arising from the use of the platform in connection with professional services provided to third parties.

You may request deletion of your SETT. account at any time by contacting us at support@sett-os.com. Upon account deletion, your personal data and project content will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations. Certain anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytical or legal purposes. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any pending subscription period will remain active until the next billing date, after which no further charges will be made.

The SETT. platform, including its design, code, interfaces, workflows, templates, visual assets, and all related intellectual property, is owned exclusively by SETT. and its developers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the platform itself. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform without prior written consent. Any feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas you submit to SETT. may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

SETT. may incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) features to assist with tasks such as content suggestions, summarization, organization, or workflow automation. AI features are optional and are activated only for specific features you choose to use — your project data is not processed by AI systems unless you actively engage with an AI-enabled feature.

Any AI-generated output is provided for informational and productivity purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any AI-generated content before use. SETT. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs. Your content may be processed by AI providers to deliver these features; such processing is governed by the applicable third-party provider's terms and privacy policy.

As a designer or architect using SETT., you may upload, store, or manage data belonging to your own clients (end clients), including personal information, project files, images, and communications. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations from your end clients for the collection and processing of their data within SETT. You agree to process such data in accordance with all applicable privacy laws. SETT. acts as a data processor with respect to your end clients' data, and you act as the data controller. Any data protection obligations toward your end clients remain your responsibility.

SETT. treats all project information, client data, and business materials uploaded to the platform as confidential. We access your content only when reasonably necessary to provide technical support, maintain the platform, investigate reported issues, or comply with legal obligations. We do not browse, review, or share user content for any other purpose. All personnel with access to user data are bound by confidentiality obligations.

SETT. shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in service resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of war or armed conflict, terrorist attacks, cyber attacks or large-scale security incidents, power outages or infrastructure failures, failures by cloud or hosting providers (including Vercel or Supabase), internet or telecommunications outages, natural disasters, pandemic or public health emergencies, or actions of government or regulatory authorities.

In the event of a force majeure situation, SETT. will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible and to communicate the situation to affected users. No service credits or refunds are owed for service disruptions caused by force majeure events.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@sett-os.com. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period. It does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the current period, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Access to paid features continues until the end of the billing period in which cancellation was made, after which the account reverts to the free plan (if available) or is deactivated.
