Statement

SETT. aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Our current conformance status is Partial Conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA — meaning a number of areas of the platform meet the standard, while others are still being improved.

Accessibility improvements are implemented on a continuous basis as the platform evolves. We are actively working to address known gaps and to expand coverage over time.

The following measures have been implemented across primary workflows and key areas of the SETT. platform. Accessibility improvements are continuously applied as the platform evolves and new features are added:

• Semantic HTML5 structure with appropriate heading hierarchy and landmark regions across major page templates
• ARIA labels and roles applied to major interactive components, icons, and dynamic content areas where implemented
• Keyboard support implemented for primary workflows, including navigation, project views, and form interactions; we continue to expand keyboard accessibility as the platform develops
• Visible focus indicators implemented on primary interactive elements; coverage is being expanded progressively across the interface
• The interface has been designed with WCAG 2.1 AA contrast targets as a baseline (4.5:1 for text, 3:1 for UI components); we continue to audit and improve contrast across the platform
• Text alternatives provided for key visual content where implemented; we continue to expand coverage as part of ongoing accessibility work
• Scalable text — the interface is designed to remain usable when browser text size is increased up to 200%
• Reduced motion preferences (prefers-reduced-motion) are implemented across major animation contexts; support continues to be expanded as new features are added
• Color is not used as the sole means of conveying information in key interface areas

Despite our efforts, some areas of the platform have known accessibility limitations. We are working to address these:

• Drag-and-drop task reordering — The task drag feature (long-press on mobile) does not yet have a full keyboard-accessible alternative. A reorder mechanism via keyboard is planned.
• Complex data tables — Some purchasing and financial summary tables may not have complete row/column header associations for screen readers.
• File upload components — Certain image upload flows may have limited screen reader feedback during upload progress.
• Third-party embedded content — Certain features rely on services provided by third parties, such as payment processing forms and authentication flows. These embedded services operate independently of the SETT. platform and are subject to their own accessibility standards and policies. We do not have direct control over their accessibility implementation and cannot guarantee their conformance. Where possible, we select providers who demonstrate a commitment to accessibility.

If you encounter an issue not listed here, please contact us — we take all accessibility reports seriously and will make every reasonable effort to resolve barriers you encounter.

The SETT. platform relies on the following technologies for conformance:

• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript (ES2020+)
• WAI-ARIA 1.2

We aim to support the following combinations, based on current usage data:

• Chrome (latest) with NVDA on Windows
• Firefox (latest) with NVDA on Windows
• Safari (latest) with VoiceOver on macOS
• Safari on iOS with VoiceOver
• Chrome on Android with TalkBack

Other browser and assistive technology combinations may work, but have not been formally tested.

To help us investigate and respond effectively, please include as much of the following as possible:

• The URL of the page where you encountered the issue
• Browser name and version
• Operating system
• Assistive technology used, if applicable (e.g. screen reader name and version)
• A description of the barrier and the steps that led to it

This accessibility statement was prepared in July 2026. It is based on an internal accessibility review conducted by the SETT. team and reflects our best assessment of the platform's current state. It does not constitute a formal third-party audit.

The statement will be reviewed periodically — and updated whenever significant changes are made to the platform or to the applicable accessibility standards.
